Descrição da vaga : Estágio em Customer Experience
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h ou das 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar na organização evento de entregas de aeronaves e visitas de Clientes;
  
• Suporte com pesquisas de satisfação, análise de dados, criação de reports, dashboards, etc
  
• Apoiar no gerenciamento das salas de cliente HBITJ e HBSP (governança, insumos, melhorias, etc);
  
• Auxiliar em outras atividades administrativas da área.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas;
  
• Inglês intermediário;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;
  
• Interesse em aprender;
  
• Candidatos internos: favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position description: Customer Experience Internship

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Main activities:

• Assist in organizing aircraft delivery events and customer visits;
  
• Support with satisfaction surveys, data analysis, report creation, dashboards, etc.
  
• Support the management of the HBITJ and HBSP customer rooms (governance, supplies, improvements, etc.);
  
• Assist in other administrative activities in the area.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related areas;
  
• Intermediate English;
  
• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
  
• Interest in learning;
