Descrição da vaga : Estágio em Compras e Administração de Contratos
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar na realização de cotações de materiais e serviços diretos com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais;
  • Apoiar na extração de relatórios, Calcular KPI's e reportar informações para análises gerenciais;
  • Acompanhar e gerir parâmetros de materiais e serviços relacionados a contratos no SAP;
  • Auxiliar na administração de registros relacionados a Compras e Contratos;
  • Apoiar a gestão de Compras em análises ad-hoc.


Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês intermediário, para comunicação verbal e escrita com fornecedores e intercompany;
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por 2 anos;
  • Candidatos internos: favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.


Desejável:

  • Aptidão para o pacote Office/Google;
  • Experiência com gestão de Projetos.

Position description: Internship in Purchasing and Contract Management

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

  • Assist in obtaining quotes for materials and services directly from national and international suppliers;
  • Support the extraction of reports, calculate KPIs, and report information for management analysis;
  • Monitor and manage parameters for materials and services related to contracts in SAP;
  • Assist in the administration of records related to Purchasing and Contracts;
  • Support Purchasing management in ad-hoc analyses.


Mandatory requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English for verbal and written communication with suppliers and intercompany;
  • Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for 2 years;
  • Internal candidates: please note the golden rule.


Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Office/Google suite;
  • Experience with project management.
