To steer current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a new team member to join the transnational team in Donauwörth at the earliest possible date as an

Equipment Program Repair Officer (PRO) (m/f/d)

for MRO activities (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) within the Equipment/Airframe Repair Flow area.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Program Repair Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the End-to-End (E2E) flow performance of a specific program.

  • Global Performance Monitoring: Analysis, action plan drumbeat, stakeholder management within MRO communities, escalation of deviations, and reporting
  • Priority Management: Driving priority topics within the MRO community to ensure on-time delivery and optimal Turnaround Times (TAT)
  • Crisis Prevention: Anticipating future bottlenecks by maintaining and regularly tracking a list of critical items
  • Interface Function: Serving as the main focal point for the Front Office/RBH/Pool to capture and validate priorities
  • Decision Management: Requesting arbitrations/decisions at the PSO (Program Support Office) level when necessary
  • Analysis: Acting as the central point of contact for providing information and analysis regarding PIL positions, On-Time Release (OTR), and backorders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree, e.g., in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in an international company, ideally in Logistics, IT, Manufacturing, and/or Quality
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Soft Skills: High level of commitment and personal drive in problem-solving, alongside conflict management skills in an international environment
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP (EC2)
  • Language Skills: Strong command of both English and German
