Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un Responsable HSE (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département Environment, Health & Safety basé à Toulouse, France .

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe une politique de prévention des risques dans les secteurs de l’entreprise. Au sein de l’équipe des EHS BP, vous serez impliqué(e) dans l’interface entre le département HSE et les secteurs opérationnels visant au déploiement de la politique HSE du site.

Vos challenges:

• participer à la maîtrise et à la prévention des risques.
  
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des conditions de travail, de la santé, de la sécurité du personnel ainsi qu’à la réduction des impacts environnementaux.
  
• Soutenir les secteurs dans la mise en œuvre de la réglementation et dans le maintien de la conformité de leurs activités.
  
• Émettre des préconisations et participe à l’élaboration des plans d’action pour améliorer et sécuriser le cadre professionnel.
  
• Etre le garant du respect des processus.
  
• Vérifier la bonne mise en application des exigences et des règles dans le domaine EHS.
  
• S’assurer de l’efficacité des mesures et actions mises en place.
  

Votre carte d’embarquement:

• Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu: 3 ans in HSE/QSE
  
• Obtention d’adhésion dans un contexte d’intérêts différents/divergents avec enjeux significatifs
  
• Résolution de problèmes conceptuels nécessitant la combinaison de techniques
  
• Détermination de méthodes/procédés/moyens avec validation sur demande (non-systématique)

You will be part of a team developing a risk prevention policy in the operational sectors. As part of the EHS BP team] , you will be involved in in the interface between the HSE department and the operational sectors aiming at deploying the site's EHS policy.

• Min years of professional experience: 3 years in EHS / ESQ
  
• Obtaining acceptance in a context of different/divergent interests with significant stakes
  
• Solving conceptual problems requiring the combination of techniques
  
• Determination of methods/processes/means with validation on request (non-systematic)
