Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Engineering Data Manager

As the Engineering Data Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20 engineers, overseeing all aspects of our engineering data management strategy and operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across two core pillars of our engineering data activities: standardization and data analytics.

Tasks, role & responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project execution by the engineering data management team.
  • Support for new projects improving departmental operations at the AH and Group level.
  • Monitoring of departmental efficiency indicators.
  • Defining the strategic development path for the team, in harmony with the company's evolving goals.
  • Acting as a Technical Representative for AHP - preparing, implementing, and accepting projects carried out by the Team based on orders and contracts.
  • Responsibility for projects managed by the team and their "on-time" execution, at the expected quality, and within the planned budget.
  • Serving as the technical leader for the team.
  • Administrative duties related to team work.
  • Organizing the work of subordinate team members.
  • Ensuring the safety of subordinate employees, enforcing and adhering to health and safety regulations and rules.
  • Accountability of team members for assigned tasks.
  • Implementing AHP procedures within the subordinate team and enforcing their execution.
  • Fostering the professional development of subordinate employees.


Required qualifications:

  • Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant Engineering disciplines, Computer Science or IT,
  • Leadership, Team Management and Project Management Experience,
  • Knowledge of Engineering processes and tools,
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills,
  • Fluent English (German and/or French would be appreciated),
  • Meticulous approach to data accuracy, quality, and compliance
