AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027 .
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and
relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, AIRBUS has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as
professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
- Configuration and data management.
- Military transport aircraft configuration analysis.
- Flight Operations Support products creation and update: from Service Requests posed by real Operators to Flight Operations instructions from the AIRBUS perspective in the form ranging from Operating Publications to alert communications, you will learn how to generate operational instructions for the crew of military transport aircraft, to manage the resources available on board, and to efficiently transmit the tasks to the crew in the corresponding manuals.
- The incumbent will learn the use of internal tools (IDS, ADOC, Samanta, FODM) for the management of input data and for the creation of technical content, with an operational mindset and focused on the aircrew of Light Transport Aircraft and AIRBUS military Derivatives aircraft.
- The incumbent will join a team of highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Support engineers and learn how our military transport aircraft work, thus being able to support our Customers worldwide.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
- Spanish (mother tongue).
- Level B2 English.
- General knowledge in Aircraft systems, design and operation.
- Skills valued: familiar with flight operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a complex environment.
