AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our #Discover II 2026/2027 internship program within the Airframe Structural Design department for the Airbus Defense Derivatives programmes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to critical projects and gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the detailed design activities for the current Airbus Derivatives programme, as metallic than composite structurasl parts, assemblies and A/C componenent with the most recent CAD/CAM softwares of and E2E product lifecycle.
  
• Contribute and learn about planning, design, quatation and configuration management of an A/C aerostructures
  
• Apply innovation solutions or automatization to our internal process and procedures
  
• Be part of our department and have the opportunity to work with a lot of different departaments such as Stress, Systems, Analysis, Manufacturing, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamic, Loads, etc...

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Currently enrolled student in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering degree field.
  
• Demonstrated interest in the aerospace sector, specifically in the Structural Design as Metallic than Composites of A/C parts detailed designed
  
• Good knowledge of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Solid knowledge of MS/Google office tools (Chrome, Sheets, Presentations, etc)
  
• Availability to undertake the internship during the 2026/2027 period.
