AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 -
Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) works directly with the business areas mainly Facility Management and Site Management Responsible. As a BP you will be responsible of identifying business requirements, finding solutions to complex business problems and administrating IT systems and IT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an innovative, forward-thinking global company pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world.

Beside the different business areas you will closely work with IT business analysts, the project management

organisation and other national, international and also cross-divisional digital teams and suppliers to convert/implement IT specifications based on business requirements into digital solutions. These solutions and their competent administration are the basis for reliable and continuous service provision.

Business focus, strong analytical and problem solving skills are necessary and also programming and database knowledge are preferred to be able to quickly bring business needs through the discovery phase.

Excellent written and communications skills to report back the findings in a clear and structured manner are required to present these in a way that can be easily understood by the business stakeholders.

You will also be involved in the harmonization approach of the application landscape within Airbus Defence and Space and across divisional boundaries within Airbus. Key Tasks

  • As Business Relationship Manager (d/f/m) for FM, you are responsible for the preparation and definition of the

operational planning of all activities as well as for ensuring the provision of services and system & database administration of the solutions for the business areas in France.

  • Another important part of this role is the administration of FM systems/solutions and database management, with

the aim of ensuring proper service delivery and service continuity. In order to achieve a high level of user satisfaction in the business areas, the consistent analysis of error messages and the rapid resolution of problems is required.

  • As the Digital business contact for FM and Site Management, you will work with users in the responsible business area to identify where changes to information systems are required to support the business and monitor the impact in terms of change management. By collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines such as architecture, works councils/unions and infrastructure, you ensure the solutions proposed/used comply with all applicable regulations and security guidelines.
  • Close collaboration with departments in the other Airbus divisions may also be required to ensure good performance within the area of responsibility.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or a related subject
  • Understanding of software design and application development techniques to provide state-of-the-art technical solutions in national and international context
  • System administration and database management to ensure proper and continuous service delivery and fast error analysis and fixing/correction.
  • Proficient English, negotiation level. Nice to have French.
