
Digital Governance - Messaging & Communication Specialist

Job Description:
- Work closely with the Digital Communications, HR, Recruitment, Domain heads to develop and deliver the overall Digital Communications plan in Airbus Digital covering Europe and India.
- Create a communication plan aligned with Digital business needs, deploy and follow & act as an ambassador for all Digital Comms/Messaging topics at Airbus India
- Develop a range of creative and cost-effective tools, resources and platforms - (Example: Can “Airmeet” tool be stamped for Airbus list?, ..)
- Support Airbus branding in India and ensure the talent pool attraction (Example: University links, Start-Ups network through some events or challenges, etc.)
- Ensure the development and the usage of the Digital visual identity in the teams, act as an advisor to help people to do it,
- Ensure a clear and concise communication across “Digital India”
- Inspire with innovative and user centric ideas.
- Collaboratively work with Airbus India Communications department and Digital central messaging & communication team in Europe for Digital related comms.
- Link the roofs of Digital function with respect to the central(D level) comms plan.
- Act between Digital Europe & Digital India for communication as a relay.
- Leverage the appointed communication focal points for together achieving the digital objectives
- Participate in the team governance and global Digital event on a need basis .
- Enable proximity with the business.
- Act as INDIA representative in the Digital communication network.
