Digital, Data & AI Transformation Lead for Materials & Parts Procurement (F/M)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital & AI Transformation Lead (f/m) to join our Materials & Parts Procurement (PM) department based in Toulouse, France.

In our transverse Materials & Parts Procurement (PM) organization, you will serve as our focal point for digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will shape our digital roadmap, drive AI integration, lead high-visibility projects, and energize a broad network of procurement professionals across the enterprise.

Your challenges:

• Strategic Direction & Portfolio Management: Define and deploy the PM Digital and Data strategy, aligning IT capabilities with overarching supply chain goals. Manage, prioritize, and consolidate the budget for the digital project portfolio executed by delivery teams.
  
• AI Integration: Drive the structured adoption and dissemination of AI and advanced analytics tools, unlocking new insights and efficiency for procurement.
  
• Community Enablement & Network Animation: Build, nurture, and animate a digital, data, and AI network across our 200+ person PM community. Capture buyer needs, translate operational challenges into digital requirements, foster knowledge sharing, and champion buyer-empowerment tools.
  
• Core Project Delivery & E2E Digitalization: Lead key digital initiatives and flagship programs (such as digitalising our contractual enablement processes) from inception to rollout. Partner closely with digital teams, data engineers, and procurement experts.
  
• People Management: Direct management of a temporary worker and the regular management of working students.
  

Your boarding pass:

• Bac+5 or equivalent in the business field
  
• 10-15 years business experience
  
• Industry & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of aerospace supply chains and procurement workflows (familiarity with Airbus procurement processes is a distinct advantage).
  
• Digital & AI: Knowledge of modern digital tools, data architecture, and practical AI applications within a business context. More importantly, a specific interest in the power of digital and AI to transform procurement
  
• Ownership & Delivery: Proven track record of taking full ownership of complex initiatives, cutting through complexity, and delivering tangible results.
  
• Curiosity & Innovation: High learning agility and a genuine passion for exploring emerging technologies to solve real-world procurement challenges.
  
• Influence & Facilitation: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire, align, and upskill a community of 200+ stakeholders as well as the ability to influence and persuade at management level
