Job requirements

1. 5 years experience in production and customer service, repairs and logistic or related fields in senior position, preferably in aeronautics segment.

2. Knowledge in kazak and international civil aviation regulation.

3. Knowledge in maintenance and repair of aircraft (preferably in Airbus products).

4. Knowledge in quality and safety standards.

5. Basic knowledge in finances, economics and labor law and organization.

6. English fluent.

7. Experience and qualification according to cooperation agreement signed by Airbus Helicopters and Kazakhstan Engineering;

8. To know international and national standards (i.a.w. Appendix №36 to the Order of MID RoK №764);

9. To know general and strategic management

10. To execute the Human Resource Management

2.11. To pass trainings and apply the knowledge on aviation legislation, human factors, flight safety, Safety Management System (Flight safety).

3. Job responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and achieve goals and strategic plans established of the Partnership.

2. To implement and to coordinate all aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring the customer's requirements are met and the customer's schedules are maintained, aligned with Airbus helicopters standards

3. To manage customer needs, performance and shared forecasting by building strong and long- lasting relationships with customers and establishing standard routines.

4. To manage the technical team (to ensure the right level of worker aligned with the workload capacity).

5. To understand and resolve issues quickly, be the point for advancing problems, and propose root cause analysis.

6. To set up the high level schedule of the work, to coordinate its execution (to implement KPI).

7. To manage and to coordinate information to customers and program offices before and when aircraft are under maintenance.

8. To support production to assure deliveries.

9. To provide regular follow up of the activities.

10. To ensure the respect of quality and safety standards and process aligned with Airbus helicopters standards.

11. Responsible for effective development, communication and growth strategies and processes.

12. Collaborates with the staff of the department in the development and implementation of plans for the execution of orders, execution and improvement of enterprise processes.

13. Responsible for the effectiveness of the operational processes, internal and external, provides timely reports on the working status of the Partnership in the frame of his activity.

14. Motivate subordinates and conduct highly professional performance management; develop professional skills and raise awareness of staff, organize relationships between the departments of the Partnership.

15. Be aware of the market situation and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of the Partnership’s business.

16. Represent the company at various public events; meet and communicate regularly with business leaders in the community.

17. Supervising and monitoring the performance of the department and engineering staff.

18. participation in hiring new employees, applying disciplinary measures and evaluating performance effectiveness and repurposing work as needed.

19. Have other duties, defined by the CEO of the Partnership.

20. Supervisory functions:

20.1. Directly supervises the subordinate heads of departments that control employees in all divisions of the department.

20.2. Carries out control functions in accordance with the policy of the organization and current legislation.

20.3. Conduct interviews, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, presenting incentives to employees, reviewing complaints, and offering solutions to problems.

21. Complies with company business practices/ethical policies and EH&C standards.

22. Complies with all applicable Airbus Helicopters export controls and regulations.

23. Main responsibilities:

- Has the overall hierarchical responsibility of all operations within АНКЕ (delegation from the Accountable Manager - CEO);

- Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with the established Flight Safety Policy and applicable aviation safety regulations.

- Assure that the personnel under his/her control are competent to perform the tasks required and identify and provide any essential further training;

- Provide changes to organizations or agencies;

- Assure that the necessary manpower and financial resources and facilities are available to enable the organization to perform the work contracted successfully

- Has the overall responsibility to check if the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan on and training are fully met.

- Fulfillment of duties provided according the job description.

- guaranty the training being accomplished according to the training policies and standards of both ААК and AH, and ensuring training demands of operators are satisfactorily met in quantity and quality;

Participate in safety reviews, internal audits, and management meetings related to safety performance.

24. Ensure compliance with national and international flight safety requirements applicable to the company's operational activities.

25. Foster continuous improvement in operational safety and act on recommendations from safety investigations or assessments.

26. Ensure proper change management by assessing the impact of organizational, procedural, or technical changes on flight safety, and by implementing mitigation measures as necessary.

27. Ensure timely and systematic safety risk assessments for operational activities and proposed changes, and oversee implementation of necessary mitigations.
