We are currently looking for DEMAND PLANNER (d/f/m) to join our team “SOLUTIONS PLANNING” in Location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Management of Material Planning activities for allocated customers, including close collaboration with the complete Satair Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality and Provisioning Engineering organizations. This includes the complete Service lifecycle: From supporting the Commercial business case creation, to scope preparation, service EIS preparation, through to securing in-service Planning operations in-line with contracts
  • Carry out Service forecast consolidation and Economy of Scale realization to drive service performance optimization and improvements
  • Management of ad-hoc commercial requests that trigger changes to existing services within the Planning perimeter (i.e. contract extension) and supporting the commercial department in the sales process
  • Creation of Service Reports per customer against contractual KPIs (i.e. Service Level and Inventory), in-line with global Strategic Planning governance. Actively drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service level and operational performance balancing customer satisfaction versus operating costs



ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Informatics (or similar) (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally asDemand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst (or a comparable role), we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

  • First experience in a similar or technical environment, ideally within an After Sales or an Engineering environment
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management and ability to analyze processes from a financial perspective
  • Technical knowledge of aircraft and/or Engineering Data
  • Basic experience with SAP is desirable
  • Strong data analytical skills and first programming languages (such as Python) are desirable
  • Excellent Customer-Focused Mindset with strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders
  • Ability to build successful relations across functions and with all stakeholders
  • Business fluent English; German skills are preferred but not mandatory
