We are currently looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist (d/f/m) to join our Customer Resolution Services Team in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel .

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Participate in and contribute to a high performing Customer Resolution Services Team supporting our customers like airlines, MROs and more based in the EMEA region
  • Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific Open Order Book
  • Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to SATAIR products including timely follow up on orders, claims and quotations in accordance with our KPI’s
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management especially in terms of handling of customer complex queries and addressing pain points


ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in Customer Service, Sales, Engineering or Logistics , we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

  • Proactive, customer oriented attitude and working style for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to understand your customers to develop and propose creative solutions to issues
  • Self-starter and able to work without constant direction while administering your customer portfolio
  • English language skills at negotiation level
  • Experience working with SAP and Freshdesk is an advantage
