Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Operations Specialist (M/F) to join the Support & Services and Manufacturing Services PSL departement based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions :
You will be part of a team developing the tool chain permitting to support the Aircraft documentation for all programs. As part of the Support Engineering team, you will be involved in the organization of the project management for Agile Teams, Product manager team ensuring the delivery of all projects in the S&S scope
Your main missions will be :
- Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades.
- Maintains the infrastructure in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs.
- Monitors and tracks system performance against negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT Product Manager.
- Provides support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, depending on the needs of the company and the use of automated scheduling and remote monitoring.
- Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- Analyses console messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical
- Teams and vendors as needed.
- Supervises system backup processing, and leads disaster recovery tests Identifies and implements technologies and processes that improve the reliability,
- Efficiency and availability of the systems environment.
Your profile :
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Networks, Systems Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (IT Operations, Systems/Network Admin, L2 Support).
- Languages : Mandatory Technical English (reading documentation, communication with publishers/vendors)
Technical Skills :
- Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO) and/or Linux/Unix environments.
- Virtualization: Essential experience with [VMware / Hyper-V].
- Networking: Solid knowledge of network architectures, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Automation: Strong scripting ability (PowerShell or Python) for administration and automation.
- Cloud (A plus): Familiarity with the services of a major Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitoring: Knowledge of supervision tools such as [Zabbix, Nagios, or other].
Professional Qualities :
- Incident Resolution: Quick analysis and diagnostic capabilities, even under pressure.
- Rigor : Adherence to procedures, attention to detail, and quality documentation.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
