DESCRIPTION

You will join Supply Chain Management , leads procurement operations activities within the supply chain scope of the corresponding Commodity, being accountable for

Suppliers´ delivery performance to meet on time the AHE Plant Production Lines supply requirements.

Timely and faultless execution of the contract and associated deliverables by the supplier, from the purchase order placement to the supply delivery.

Suppliers' industrial risks anticipation and management: identification, qualification, impact assessment, mitigation actions definition and monitoring.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Creation of needs forecast (AHE demand) and purchase orders.

Monitors the supply Line of Balance (AHE demand vs Supplier capacity) so that, in case of misscoverage / deviations, involves and coordinates the various stakeholders (Supplier, Supply Officer, SCQM, Work Preparation), ensuring that the root causes are identified and the mitigation and/or recovery actions are defined, drum beating for its accomplishment in due time.

Punctually reports to internal customers the miss coverage and relevant associated information like root causes, actions in place and its status, stakeholders, A/Cs impacted, recovery forecast / DDs, short term criticality, etc.

Ensures the escalation process is triggered for critical topics and correctly addressed in both axis, expertise area (SO, SCQM, Logistics, Engineering, M&T, etc) and hierarchy / management.

Ensures the adherence to supply chain management standards (processes/methods/tools/KPIs).

Actively pursues the understanding and manages the customer expectations and priorities, aiming the best the best deal for AHE during negotiation, considering the supplier constrains and customer expectations.

  • Education:
    • Engineering Degree or Business Administration Degree
    • Negotiation skills
    • knowledge in logistics and supply chain processes
    • Technical knowledge on manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Experience :1 years’ experience in aeronautical supply chain: Supply Officer, Supply Chain Quality Manager, Suppliers Development
  • Soft skills :
    • Reliable in business and firm in Ethics and Compliance behavior.
    • Open mindset to work in an international environment.
    • Proactive as a Multifunctional Team actor.
    • Focused on problem solving.
    • Good on communication.
    • Well organized and conscious on time value.
    • Ready to foster changes and adapt to them
    • Resilient.
  • Languages: Advanced level in English.
  • Technical knowledge :
    • SAP user / knowledge (material mgmt.)
    • Excel
    • advance user GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, etc)
  • Valuable / Nice to have: experience in SAP will be a high value
