Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Agent Méthodes Configuration en Installation des systèmes électrique et avionique pour rejoindre notre équipe Méthode Configuration basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous conjointement avec l’équipe Ingénierie à introduire les changements de la configuration dans les cahiers de montage.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Méthodes Configuration A220 chargée de traduire les requis d’ingénierie en séquence d’assemblage optimale servant à l’assemblage de l’avion A220..

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’Agent Méthodes sera de préparer les instructions visuelles de travail pour l’installation de composants électriques et avioniques sur l’avion en utilisant différents logiciels tels que SAP, CATIA V5 et 3DVia.

Vos défis:

• Définir et écrire des instructions et des séquences de travail, selon les requis de l’ingénierie et les spécifications de l’entreprise, pour l’installation de composants électrique et avionique sur l’avion en utilisant différents logiciels tels que SAP, CATIA V5 et 3DVia;
  
• Participer à l’investigation des causes profondes des problèmes et analyser les solutions potentielles en évaluant les coûts, les impacts et les risques d’un changement de production;
  
• Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des changements de production ou l’introduction de nouvelle configuration et coordonner la première unité;
  
• Soutenir les activités quotidiennes de la production;
  
• Participer à la définition des exigences d’outillage, à l’assemblage et à la mise en œuvre de divers équipements de production selon la méthodologie optimale en tenant compte du composant santé / sécurité.
  

Votre profil:

• Vous possédez 5 à 10 années d’expérience en gestion de la configuration des installations Électrique et avionique, comme Agent Méthodes, en aéronautique ou dans une industrie manufacturière;
  
• Vous avez complété un DEC en aéronautique, spécialité avionique préférablement, ou un niveau universitaire en génie électrique ou autre spécialité connexe;
  
• Vous maitrisez très bien les processus et transactions SAP reliés aux fonctions de l’Agent Méthodes, les logiciels de gestion visuelle tel que 3Dvia sont un atout;
  
• Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissances en Français et en anglais parlé et écrit;
  
• Vous avez de bonnes compétences en organisation et en planification de sorte à tenir vos engagements;
  
• Vous êtes débrouillard, autonome et motivé avec de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes;
  
• Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Method Agent to join our Manufacturing Engineering team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will produce visual work instructions to assemble the A220 Aircraft.

You will be part of the A220 Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for translating engineering requirements into an optimal assembly sequence for the assembly of the A220 aircraft..

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Method Agent will be to prepare the visual instructions and work sequences, with respect to engineering requirements and industry specifications, for electrical and avionic system installation on aircraft, using different software such as SAP, CATIA V5 and 3DVia.

Your challenges:

• Define and write instructions and work sequences, with respect to engineering requirements and industry specifications, for electrical, mechanical and as an asset avionic system installation on aircraft, using different software such as SAP, CATIA V5 and 3DVia;
  
• Participate in the investigation of root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production;
  
• Participate in the planning and implementation of production changes and introduction of new configuration;
  
• Support the daily activities of production;
  
• Participate in the definitions of tooling requirements, assembly and the implementation of various production equipment according to the optimal methodology taking into account the health / safety component.
  

Your boarding pass:

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in configuration management for electrical and avionics systems, either as a Methods Agent in the aerospace industry or in a manufacturing setting;
  
• You have completed a DEC in aeronautics, ideally avionic specialty, or engineering electrical degree or other related education;
  
• You have a good understanding of ERP system principles and an extended knowledge of SAP Methods transactions, 3D visual software such 3Dvia considered an asset;
  
• You have a good level of knowledge in French and English spoken and written;
  
• You have good organizational and planning skills in order to meet your commitments;
  
• You are resourceful, autonomous, motivated with good problem-solving skills;
  
• You have good judgment and you work well in a multidisciplinary team.
