Misión:

Apoyar a las diferentes áreas de la empresa en la realización de órdenes de compra en el sistema SAP, solicitud de cotizaciones, realización de cuadros comparativos, lanzamiento de licitaciones para la compra de productos y servicios necesarios para la operación de la Compañía.

Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar que los productos y servicios solicitados, corresponden a los mismos que se piden a los proveedores autorizados a través de las órdenes de compra en el sistema SAP
• Dar seguimiento a las órdenes de compra capturadas en el sistema SAP, realización de reportes solicitados por el jefe(a) del área
• Cumplir las políticas establecidas por AHMSA respecto a seguridad, calidad, confidencialidad, gastos, etc
• Reportar los eventos de seguridad en tiempo y forma (voluntaria o confidencialmente).
• Coadyuvar en la forma de medidas para la mitigación de riesgos.
• Reportar oportunamente peligros, eventos o situaciones ante situaciones de respuesta a la emergencia.

Requerimientos:

Licenciatura concluida en Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Comerciales o afín.

Idioma inglés nivel medio o avanzado

Mission:
Support the company's different departments with processing purchase orders in the SAP system, requesting quotes, creating comparative charts, and launching bidding processes for the purchase of products and services needed for the company's operations.
Responsibilities

• Ensure that requested products and services correspond to those ordered from authorized suppliers via purchase orders in the SAP system.
• Follow up on purchase orders entered into the SAP system and prepare reports as requested by the department head.
• Comply with policies established by AHMSA regarding safety, quality, confidentiality, expenses, etc.
• Report security events in a timely manner (voluntarily or confidentially).
• Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Timely report hazards, events, or situations during emergency response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
