Communications Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Intern to support the “40 Years of Partnership - Airbus/Vietnam” project.

Working closely with the Airbus Vietnam and APAC Communication teams, the intern will contribute to the preparation, asset coordination, and communication strategy for three flagship events and associated communications collateral, taking place in Hanoi in November 2026.

(1) Vietnam Aerospace Forum (VAF) 2026

Student Day

• University outreach: In coordination with the VAF 2026 organiser (Advanced Business Events - abe), facilitate institutional outreach, and consolidate a targeted list of participating universities and academic institutions.
  
• Program development: Support formalise the agenda and event format to ensure the program is highly engaging, impactful, and relevant to both students and university leadership.
  

Press Conference

• Logistics coordination: Collaborate with organiser and internal Airbus teams to manage the guest list, dispatch invitations, track RSVPs, and support on-site arrangements.
  

(2) Airbus in Vietnam Introduction Pack

• Compile, structure, and design an intro pack to showcase Airbus in Vietnam’s footprint, aligned with Airbus brand guidelines.
  

(3) Airbus 40th Anniversary Reception

• Support the compilation of the master guest list and invitations.
  

(4) Airbus in Vietnam 40-year partnership video

• Coordinate the collection of footage required for the video from key partners in Vietnam.
  

Other tasks reasonably determined by Operational Manager.

Outputs:

• A finalised, ready-to-execute event agenda and program format tailored for the Student Day.
  
• A consolidated list of targeted universities and academic institutions committed to participating in the VAF 2026 Student Day.
  
• Coordination of Airbus media/guest master list, invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and on-site logistical support for the VAF 2026 Press Conference.
  
• A finalised introduction pack highlighting Airbus in Vietnam’s presence and milestones.
  
• An updated master guest list for Airbus 40th Anniversary Reception.
  
• A consolidated repository of required footage for Airbus 40-year partnership video.
