Job Summary
We are seeking a C-295 RC Flight Crew Training Expert to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for pilots and loadmaster.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement theoretical and practical training programs for C-295 RC crews, covering standard operations, emergency procedures, specific missions, and the use of mission systems.
- Provide instruction in classrooms, flight simulators, and on-board aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest aeronautical regulations, flight procedures, and technological advances related to the C-295 RC.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to integrate new features and procedures into training programs.
- Develop and review training materials, including manuals, visual aids, and simulations.
- Participate in the certification and recertification of flight crews.
- Support the identification of training needs and the development of tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or equivalent, with a type rating for the C-295 or similar military transport aircraft.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pilot or flight instructor in military transport aircraft, preferably on the C-295 or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering flight training programs.
- Deep knowledge of C-295 flight systems, avionics, and mission systems (or comparable aircraft).
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to travel.
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/TRI) experience will be highly valued.
