Responsibilities - your mission:

In his/her role as Procurement Administrator, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements

The jobholder will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization. He/She will be the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools
  • Create and follow-up Purchase Orders; ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services.
  • Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
  • Manage and follow-up standard supplier communication on various topics such a Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control etc
  • Support Buyer in upgrading Material and Parts procurement contracts to the latest issue of applicable Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR) by:
  • Onboarding, Drumbeating and supporting the supplier throughout the process
  • Drum Beating and supporting the impacted functions (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Programme, Quality, Support, ...) throughout the process
  • Building and maintaining the latest ASR deployment KPIs
  • Preparing and running the activities in the cLIP tool
  • Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
  • Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
  • Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events
  • Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
  • Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • The jobholder will have up to 5 years of work experience and the potential to be developed in the core countries in the Airbus Procurement function
  • In terms of Hard skills , the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations. He/she will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, and will be fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus. He/she will be easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and will be used to Google suite
  • In terms of Soft skills , the jobholder will be "delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction . He/she will have a strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively. He/she will be a team player and will be comfortable with remote working. He/she will always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics of the jobholder. In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image
  • The jobholder may have to travel up to once a month to the core countries of Airbus (France, Germany, Spain and UK)
