Job Description:

This 8-month rotational internship is designed to cover the combined responsibilities of the Secretary Assistant and Business Development Support roles during a period of maternity leave. The intern will initially focus on Executive Support and Administration before transitioning to Business Development and Market Support in the second phase.

Phase 1: Secretary & Executive Assistant Support

  • Manage day to day operations and smooth scheduling for the Airbus Chief Representative (ACR)
  • Organize internal/external meetings
  • Update internal reporting templates (Word/PowerPoint) to ensure all department submissions meet the executive brand standards.
  • Manage the travel itineraries and ground logistics for the ACR.

Phase 2: Business Development

  • Continue supporting the complete new market development process, from research to project implementation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including organizing calls and meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Work under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Manager to identify and execute growth opportunities in aviation.

Personal & Interpersonal Skills

  • Passionate about the aviation industry, customer-focused, and possesses a "no-task-too-small" attitude.
  • Great Communicator: An energetic person who is good at talking and writing to people in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Trustworthy: Someone who can keep private company information safe and professional.
  • Availability: Must be available for 8 months and willing to join immediately.

Qualification

  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Availability: Must be available for 8 months and willing to join immediately.
