Context :
Procurement Digital & Business Capabilities (PYD) is Airbus's global Center of Competence for Procurement and Supply Chain applications, encompassing approximately 4,000 employees. We partner closely with Procurement and Supply Chain divisions across Airbus Commercial, Defence and Space, Helicopters, Atlantic and Aerostructures as well as key supply chain stakeholders, offering exposure to the entire Airbus family and promoting best practice sharing across the Group. Our responsibilities span in-service support, continuous improvement, transformation, automation, and digitalization.
"Procurement Sourcing Digital solutions - PYDCS" is responsible for transformation, automation and digitalization of Source to Contract processes for flying perimeter, including support to end-users & continuous improvement. PYDCS is a cross divisional and transnational team. You will be part of a transnational team Team located in France, Germany, UK and Portugal
We are the driver for identifying disruptive technologies and deploying innovative solutions to make our Strategic Procurement fit for the future!
Your Mission & Accountabilities
As a digital leader you will contribute to the support, maintenance , improvement , developemnt, implementation, and optimization of innovative technological solutions towards airbus group solutions by being a strong representative of helicopter needs.
You will act as a crucial bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring support, maintenance and improvement of business applications.
Your mission will be to translate and understand the business capabilities, process and methodologies, data flows & business requirements into concrete integrated digital solutions, managing the complete lifecycle of applications and platforms to robustness, consistency and stability of sourcing solutions , supplier performance for flying perimeter. You will strongly represent the needs of helicopters in this mission towards group digital products and strategy.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Support, maintain, sustain the applications.
- Partner closely with DOP Digital IT teams and Airbus Helico IT & M&T teams.
- Maintain a constant technology watch on market trends, innovations, and best practices in digital solutions (SaaS, Cloud, AI, automation, etc.).
- Represent helicopter needs into group solutions.
- Contribute actively to the helicopter digital strategy with consistency between local and group
- Evaluate opportunities for integrating new technologies to improve business processes and user experience
- Deliver on Time, on Cost, on Quality the design, deployment and support of continuously improved Digital solutions with the decommissioning of previous systems, for all Commodities
- Harmonization/rationalization of procurement information systems throughout Airbus Group, including with Airbus subsidiaries.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to digital buyer solutions ensuring the stakeholder management across the Divisions mainly helicopter needs.
- Ensure that
- propose, consolidate and suggest prioritization of the requests from operational business departments, and related functions that inter-operate with Procurement
- Contribute to groups solutions deployment for helicopters.
- contribute and co-ordinate between EDP, EDS, EDI stakeholders to execute the digital strategy at helicopters including local and group applications.
- Data architecture, data flows and data management strategy is consistent across the procurement solution landscape.
- Contribute to the consistency and interdependencies across sourcing landscapes such as CLIP, ePROC, SED+, oneSupplier etc.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels by establishing clear governance boards ensuring regular communication and coordination.

Education
Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or demonstrated previous experience in a similar position.
