Job Description:

We are now looking for a Business Analyst - Scheduling Support for Airbus GBS team.

Responsibilities - your mission:

  • Manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities.

  • Unified Planning Detailed Schedule updated.

  • Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning.

  • Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning.

  • Support to the chief engineer's office in the coordination of the engineering activities.

  • Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (man-hours).

  • Support to the chief's engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programs.

  • Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the Programme (Programs, Operations, Services, ….) scheduling tasks.

  • For the planning tasks will be in supporting in the following activities:

    • Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.

    • Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over

    • Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization

    • Workload management

    • Plans and WL control

    • SAP Management

  • On top of the operational activities, be a an active members of local projects with the Portuguese Team at Airbus Portugal.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have :

  • Educated to degree level in Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in Engineering

  • Experience in Integrated Planning within Engineering will be valuable.

  • Experience in Project Management

  • English advanced

  • Spanish and or German will be valuable
