We are a Cross-Divisional community, our mission is to Design & Build infrastructure modifying the footprint of Airbus site. FMRE is also responsible for managing general services such as customer services (catering, transport, publishing, archiving, bookshop, etc.) and site services (cleaning, waste treatment, green spaces, logistics, etc.)

It is in this context that the FMRE AH Marignane team is looking for its next Project Manager for Airbus Helicopters Buildings and Constructions.

What you will be doing:

As a direct report to the Head of Building & Construction for South-Est and Ile-de-France (HMFB3), you will lead and drumbeat construction and refurbishment project having a direct impact on the strategic pillars of the company (performances, sustainability, production, Headcount ramp-up, Activity Based Working, Better workplace, safety@work ....).

You will have interfaces through all the FMRE services lines.

Main tasks:

You will be asked to :

- Manage our Building & Constructions projects, including maintenance projects for Airbus Helicopters and all associated stakeholders projects.

- Communicate at multiple levels with our internal and external partners.

- Deliver all assigned projects on time, with the required quality and within budget, including all health and safety related elements.

About You:

- Master Degree Civil Engineer needed

- Project Management references

- Proficient oral and communication skills (English/ French)

- Ability to collaborate within a transdivisonal/transnational team

- Ability to understand big picture and simplify messages and processes

- Able to interface with external stakeholders and leading them

- Sensitive to customer needs and demonstrate strong Supplier & Customer Relationship Management

- Sensitive to innovative communication/ marketing solutions

- Well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, team spirit

- Ability to propose creative and disruptive solutions

- Natural leadership skills

- Ability to interact at each level of the company

- Strong network in the industrial &/or tertiary areas or ability to develop it

Next steps:

Interviews with the management team and HRBP.

This position has been graded G13 level and is located in Marignane with business trips in France.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
