Faisant partie des Opérations & Procurement, le département Excellence Opérationnelle Transversale (OE) est en charge des projets d'amélioration transversaux, de l'analyse et du suivi des données, du suivi et du reporting des performances, ainsi que des processus métier et de la gestion des risques.
Descriptif des missions proposées :
- Contribuer à l’évolution et à l’automatisation des KPI Achats, Supply Chain & Logistique, analyser les données de performance et participer aux revues ainsi qu’au suivi des plans d’actions.
- Participer aux revues de processus, soutenir les démarches Lean / Excellence Opérationnelle et assurer la mise à jour de la documentation, y compris la préparation des éléments pour les audits.
- Accompagner l’analyste performance dans l’amélioration et l’évolution des outils Achats (Index & Formula, COUPA, Claim Cockpit) afin de renforcer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Soutenir le Risk Manager dans le suivi des risques et opportunités, mettre à jour les registres et plans d’actions et participer aux revues de risques.
- Analyser et consolider les surcoûts (Extra-Costs) générés au sein de l'activité industrielle afin d’alimenter les décisions opérationnelles

- Master Supply Chain, Achats, Qualité/Excellence Opérationnelle et/ou Data/BI
Connaissances techniques
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Notions système IT (SAP, Index & Formula, COUPA)
- Bonne compréhension de Power BI
- Solides bases en analyse de données
- Sensibilité aux environnements Achats, Supply Chain ou industriels
- Intérêt pour la gestion des risques
- Notions en amélioration continue / Lean

As part of the Operations & Procurement organization, the Transversal Operational Excellence (OE) department is responsible for cross-functional improvement projects, data analysis and monitoring, performance tracking and reporting, as well as business processes and risk management.
Detailed description of the mission
- Contribute to the evolution and automation of KPIs for Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics; analyze performance data and support reviews and action plan follow-up.
- Participate in process reviews, support Lean / Operational Excellence initiatives, and ensure documentation updates, including preparing materials for audits.
- Support the performance analyst in improving and developing Procurement tools (Index & Formula, COUPA, Claim Cockpit) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist the FRM (Functional Risk Manager) with risk and opportunity monitoring, updating registers and action plans, and participating in risk reviews.
- Analyze and consolidate Extra-Costs generated within industrial activities to support operational decision-making.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Purchasing, Quality/Operational Excellence, and/or Data/BI
Hard Skills
- Excellent command of Excel
- Basic knowledge of IT systems (SAP, Index & Formula, COUPA)
- Good understanding of Power BI
- Strong foundations in data analysis
- Interest in Purchasing, Supply Chain or industrial environments
- Interest in risk management
