Descriptif des missions proposées
- Suivi transverse des sujets techniques à long terme impactant la flotte en service : collecte des retours opérateurs, analyse cause racine, recherche de solutions, préparation & suivi du retrofit
- Management/rédaction de documents techniques & supports de communication pour les opérateurs.
- Préparation et participation à des évènements clients : webinar-conférence
- Amélioration des processus interne de suivi des sujets & amélioration continue
Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :
- Vous êtes en préparation d’un master ou diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent BAC +5.
- Vous possédez des connaissances en aéronautique (ingénierie et maintenance), gestion de projet, bases de données, amélioration continue/lean.
- Vous êtes curieux, orienté client, faite preuve d’initiative, avez un esprit d’analyse et un bon sens de l’organisation/coordination.
- Français & Anglais
- Outils numériques : Pack office, Power BI est un plus
Calendrier
Démarrage Septembre 2026 (modulable selon calendrier école).
Durée 1 à 2 ans selon profil, sera discuté en entretien.

Detailed description of the mission
- Follow-up & management of technical in-service issues affecting the fleet : gather data & feedback from operators, root cause analysis & solution development, retrofit management.
- Management of technical documents & supportive communication towards operators
- Preparation & participation to customer events : webinar/conference.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes & subjects follow-up.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
- Attending a master’s degree
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering & maintenance, project management, database, continuous improvement /lean.
- You are curious, customer oriented, analytic mind, have a good sense of organization & coordination
- English & French
- You know how to use the Office pack, Power BI is a plus

Starting date: September 2026, depending school calendar
Duration of 1-2 years, discussed during interview
