Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

In the ATR Engineering department within the Maintenance Technical Data team, you will take part in the monitoring and updating of Standard Practices.

Working within the team, your task will be to:

  • Create an inventory of the standards used for Standard Practices.
  • Define a process for monitoring these standards between the different teams of the department.
  • Launch the standards in the workflow via the Roundtable process in the SAP tool, in collaboration with the team responsible for this process.
  • Analyze the updated standards to determine if they have an impact in the Maintenance documentation.
  • Create Work Orders in case of impact in Maintenance Procedures Standard (ATA20) or Electrical Standard Practices (ESP).
  • Author the documentation in SAP for minor impacts or manage Work Orders with the S/T team for major impacts.
  • Check the deliverables received for the work done by the S/T team.

This apprenticeship is designed for you

  • Field of study: maintenance or aeronautical or mechanical or electronic
  • Knowledge in Technical Documentation would be a plus

Au sein du département Ingénierie ATR, dans l'équipe Maintenance Technical Data, vous participerez au suivi et à la mise à jour des Standard Practices de la maintenance.

Au sein de l'équipe, votre tâche consistera à :

  • Construire l'inventaire des normes utilisées pour les Standards Practices.
  • Définir un processus de veille documentaire de ces normes entre les différentes équipes du département.
  • Lancer les normes dans le Workflow via le processus Table Ronde dans l'outil SAP en collaboration avec l'équipe en charge de ce processus.
  • Analyser les normes mise à jour pour définir si impact documentaire ou non.
  • Créer les Work Orders si impact documentaire en Maintenance Procedures standard (ATA20) et Electrical Standard Practices (ESP).
  • Réaliser la rédaction dans l'outil SAP pour les impacts mineurs ou gérer les Work Orders avec l'équipe S/T si impacts majeurs.
  • Vérifier les livrables reçus pour les sujets rédigés par l'équipe S/T.
