Vous découvrirez et serez associé aux activités en lien avec la Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux et en lien avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition avec un focus sur Politique Jeune au sein du département Ressources Humaines.

Descriptif des missions proposées

En support de la personne en charge des dispositifs de « Rémunération/avantages sociaux »,

Vous découvrirez et serez associé aux activités détaillées suivantes :

ACTIVITES

  • Tenir à jour différents fichiers de suivi et d’indicateurs en lien avec la rémunération et les avantages sociaux
  • Supporter le contrôle de gestion sociale RH (suivi et analyse des évolutions de la masse salariale, simulations et mesures d’impacts financiers, optimisation de coûts)
  • Apporter un support aux responsables RH de proximité dans le déploiement des dispositifs en lien avec la rémunération et les avantages sociaux

En support du service en charge de la gestion de la Politique Jeune :

  • Contribution à la campagne de recrutement des alternants et stagiaires, et VIE
  • Support administrative à l'équipe et aux managers dans le processus de recrutement des stagiaires et alternants
  • Gestion et suivi des stages d’observation
  • Support pour la gestion des visites étudiants

Alternance intégrée à une formation de niveau Master (Master 1/Master 2) spécialité Gestion des Ressources Humaines et/ou Droit Social et/ou Contrôle de gestion sociale

COMPÉTENCES ATTENDUES

Compétences métier :

• forte rigueur, esprit d’initiative, respect de la confidentialité, capacité d’organisation et de suivi, sens des priorités, proactivité, aisance et appétence pour les chiffres

Compétences linguistiques :

• français courant (oral et écrit)

• anglais intermédiaire B1/B2 (oral et écrit)

Compétences informatiques :

• Maitrise d’ensemble du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint

• Connaissance approfondie d’Excel (outil de travail quotidien)

Compétences relationnelles :

• Travail en équipe, sens du service client, adaptabilité • Curiosité d’esprit et envie d’apprendre • Aisance avec les chiffres

You will discover and be involved in activities related to Compensation & Benefits, as well as with the Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on the Early Careers/Young Talent policy within the Human Resources department

Description of the proposed tasks

Supporting Compensation and benefits activities:

• Maintain various tracking files and indicators related to remuneration and benefits

• Be in support for the effective management of HR social control (monitoring and analysis of changes in the wage bill, simulations and financial impact assessments, cost optimization)

• Support local HR managers in the deployment of measures related to remuneration and employee benefits•

Supporting Early Careers policy activities:

  • Contribute to the recruitment campaigns for interns, apprentices, and VIE positions
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the HR team and hiring managers throughout the intern and apprentice recruitment process
  • Manage and monitor observation internships
  • Assistance with the organization of student visits

This internship is for you if:

Apprenticeship integrated into a master's degree (Master 1/Master 2) programme specialising in Human Resources Management and/or Social Law and/or Social Management Control

EXPECTED SKILLS

Professional skills:

• Strong attention to detail, initiative, respect for confidentiality, organisational and follow-up skills, ability to prioritise, proactivity, ease and appetite for numbers

Language skills:

• Fluent French (spoken and written)

• Intermediate English B1/B2 (spoken and written)

IT skills:

• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• In-depth knowledge of Excel (daily work tool)

Interpersonal skills:

• Teamwork, customer service skills, adaptability • Curiosity and eagerness to learn • Comfort with numbers

Duration: aligned with the duration of the academic program
