This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to support non-destructive testing, laboratory tasks, and inspection reporting, with a potential path to become a full inspector based on performance.
Requirements
Minimum education: Certificate of Professionality or technical Vocational Training (FP).
Experience working in a workshop or factory environment.
Oral and written communication skills in English.
Availability to travel in Spain and abroad, and own vehicle.
Proficiency in Office and/or Google Workspace.
Knowledge in non-destructive testing, aeronautical structures, or composite materials is a plus.
Skills & Responsibilities
Technical Support: Assist with non-destructive testing inspections and laboratory documentation management.
Reporting: Generate inspection reports and support operational planning for management and technical teams.
Mobility and Compliance: Travel domestically and internationally while maintaining compliance and integrity standards.
Potential transition routes: People from technical or manufacturing assistant roles may bring workshop experience and foundational technical skills, alongside meeting language and travel requirements.

Ayudante en la línea de negocio de servicios de inspección en la realización de inspecciones de ensayos no destructivos u otras funciones de soporte
Asistencia en la generación de informes de inspección u otra documentación
Soporte en el laboratorio (gestión documentación, ayuda al técnico de laboratorio...)
Asistencia a otras líneas de negocio
Posibilidad de incorporación al equipo de inspectores según desempeño y valía del candidato una vez alcanzada suficiente experiencia
Conocimientos y Experiencia
Requisitos mínimos:
C ertificado de profesionalidad/ FP rama técnica o similar
Habituado a trabajar en entorno de taller o fábrica
v alorable conocimientos en ensayos no destructivos, estructuras aeronáuticas o materiales compuesto s
Inglés (Capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita. (Se comprobará en entrevista)
Disponibilidad para viajar en España y extranjero
Vehículo propio
Conocimiento de Office y/o Google Workspace
Asistir de forma oportuna y eficaz a un gerente o equipo en tareas operativas, de planificación u organizativas.
