Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Application Manager for Digital for Sourcing & General Procurement (m/f) to join our IM Product and Service Line Procurement department, based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team leading the IT Application(s) or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Application(s) or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's.

Your challenges:

• You are accountable for the full lifecycle of the Sourcing and General Procurement application portfolio. You oversee every phase-from initial design and industrialization to daily operations and eventual decommissioning-ensuring technical consistency across diverse technologies.
  
• You lead and orchestrate Multi-Functional Teams to drive product development and operational excellence. This includes managing subcontractor relationships and fostering collaboration to ensure services meet established SLAs and business requirements.
  
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams and the Business Product Owner, you translate the strategic vision into a prioritized backlog. You are responsible for the "Go-to-Market" strategy and ensuring that solutions deliver maximum value while balancing Time, Quality, and Cost.
  
• You drive continuous release management to ensure a seamless flow of updates and innovations. Your focus is on maintaining high service availability and defining sustainable chargeback models to ensure the financial and operational health of the services.
  
• By integrating an End-User Advocate approach, you ensure that solutions are tailored to real-world usage. You specifically leverage the Procurement Analytic scope to identify new opportunities and create services that solve complex business challenges
  

Your boarding pass:

• At least 5 years of experience leading transnational and cross-domain initiatives, with a proven track record in Project Management, IT Architecture, and aligning IT products with global business strategies.
  
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (ideally SAFe) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM); comprehensive knowledge of IS Security and Cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud) is highly valued.
  
• A customer-oriented leader with the ability to engage stakeholders and navigate complex professional networks, particularly within Procurement organizations.
  
• Advanced English level required to operate effectively in an international and multi-site environment.
