Choosing one or more years of an apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to combine the knowledge gained during your studies with hands-on application in a challenging professional environment. The Airbus team will train and support you throughout your apprenticeship, helping you grow and evolve.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Events & Protocol (M/F)" has just opened within Communications on the Toulouse Blagnac site.

You will join the team of 20 professionals in the Events & Protocol department, which is responsible for major company events and official visits.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Support for events and visits by the Events & Protocol teams

• Support for the digital management of our digital platforms presenting the activities of Events & Protocol

• Development of the presentation of the Events & Protocol teams

• Support for measuring the impact of our activities (reporting/feedback/sustainable development)

• Support for improvement projects managed by the team

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Communication/ Eventing or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Above all, a desire to learn and apply your skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to concentrate and deliver quality work (e.g., friendly, reliable, inspiring confidence, immediate service is our calling card).
  • Service-oriented with strong intercultural awareness
  • Organizational skills and flexibility

  • Proficiency in written English

  • Autonomy

Language skills:

English: fluent

French: fluent

Our selection process:

The review of applications is carried out by a recruiter.

If your application is validated by the recruiter, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview.

This video interview will be reviewed by the recruiter.

If your application is pre-selected after this stage, it will be forwarded to the hiring manager for the

position.

The manager (and/or tutor) will organize interviews with the pre-selected candidates before choosing the

final successful candidate for the position.
