Une offre d'apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Ingénieur Aéronautique - Certification & Matériaux (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' AIRBUS Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2026 pour une durée de 3 ans.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Navigabilité » en charge de la certification initiale au sein du Bureau d'Études.

Cet apprentissage consistera à élaborer des supports de formation sur les processus de certification des matériaux et procédés pour soutenir le département Laboratoire Matériaux et Procédés (LMP). Après une phase de découverte des processus et d' application sur des cas réels , vous développerez vos compétences pour dispenser des formations spécialisées aux ingénieurs en France et en Allemagne.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Analyse des documents de conformité et des processus de certification liés aux matériaux et aux procédés de fabrication.

• Élaboration de supports de formation structurés pour soutenir les activités du département Laboratoire Matériaux et Procédés (LMP).

• Animation de sessions de partage de connaissances techniques auprès des ingénieurs en France et en Allemagne.

• Rédaction de propositions de procédures visant à optimiser les méthodes de travail actuelles au sein du Bureau d'Études.

Cette expérience vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise des réglementations de certification aéronautique.

• Expertise transversale sur les matériaux (métalliques, organiques) et les techniques de fabrication.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'Ingénierie Aéronautique (avec une appétence pour les Matériaux ou la Navigabilité) pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.

Vous possédez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Connaissances générales en conception industrielle.

• Bases solides sur les matériaux et la réglementation aéronautique.

• Proactivité, curiosité et esprit d'équipe.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : avancé

Français : courant

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled " Apprentice (M/F) in Certification of Material Standards and Manufacturing Processes " has just opened within AIRBUS Helicopters on Marignane site . You will join the Airworthiness department in charge of initial certification within the Design Office.

This apprenticeship will consist in elaborating a training material for the existing certification process related to Materials (Metallic, Organic, Painting/Coating, Electrical...) and Manufacturing processes (Surface treatment, Soldering, surface préparation...) in order to support the Laboratory Material and Processes (LMP) department on the best way of certification. The apprentice will start by discovering the existing certification processes, then through practical application on real-world cases, he/she will develop her/his skill in order to deliver specialized training sessions for engineers within the LMP department (France / Germany).

As part of the 'transversal activities' team, you will get hands-on experience with the full range of materials and manufacturing techniques driving our civil and military helicopter programs.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 3 years .

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Analysis of compliance documents and certification processes concerning change to:
  

• Material standards
  
• Manufacturing Processes
  
• Standard Parts
  
• Equipments in the case of change of Material Standard or Manufacturing Process
  

• Management of technical meeting with stakeholders
  
• Drafting of procedure proposals in order to improve the current way of working .
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC +5 level training in the field of Materials / Airworthiness or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• General knowledge on industrial design

• General knowledge on materials (metallic, organic...)
