Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Coordinateur Déploiement de Formation (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale personnes au sein du département « Operations Academy » en charge de transformer les besoins métiers en plans d’actions concrets et d’orchestrer le déploiement des compétences industrielles. Cet apprentissage consistera à agir en tant que Demand & Supply Planner pour piloter, optimiser et déployer les dispositifs de formation en interface avec les managers opérationnels et les prestataires externes.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans .

Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Pilotage du Plan de Formation : Recueillir et challenger les besoins des départements opérationnels pour construire des calendriers de déploiement réalistes et optimisés.
  
• Analyse de Performance et Data Management : Suivre les KPIs clés, notamment le taux de remplissage des sessions et le respect des budgets, via la maîtrise de GSuite et Google Sheets.
  
• Optimisation des Ressources et Supply Planning : Construire et délivrer des plans de formation répondant aux besoins critiques tout en équilibrant les contraintes opérationnelles et les objectifs d'optimisation (coûts et capacités).
  
• Gestion des Parties Prenantes et Reporting : Coordonner la logistique avec les sous-traitants et assurer un reporting précis auprès des directions métiers.
  
• Amélioration Continue des Processus : Identifier les goulots d'étranglement et proposer des solutions digitales ou organisationnelles pour fluidifier le déploiement des compétences .
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +4 ou BAC+5 dans le domaine du Management des Opérations, de la Gestion de Projet ou Amélioration continue

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise de la gestion de projet et capacité à structurer un planning complexe.
  
• Forte appétence pour l'analyse de données (Data-driven) et les outils collaboratifs (GSuite).
  
• Excellente aisance relationnelle pour interagir dans un environnement industriel transverse.
  
• Esprit de synthèse et autonomie.

An apprenticeship titled " Learning Business Partner Support (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at the Blagnac site.

You will join an international team within the "Operations Academy" department, which is responsible for transforming business needs into concrete action plans and orchestrating the deployment of industrial skills. This apprenticeship involves acting as a Demand & Supply Planner to pilot, optimize, and deploy training systems in coordination with operational managers and external service providers.

This apprenticeship will begin in the 2026 academic year for a duration of 2 years.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Training Plan Management: Collect and challenge the needs of operational departments to build realistic and optimized deployment schedules.
  
• Performance Analysis & Data Management: Monitor key KPIs-specifically session fill rates and budget compliance-through the mastery of G Suite and Google Sheets.
  
• Resource Optimization & Supply Planning: Build and deliver training plans that meet critical needs while balancing operational constraints and optimization objectives (costs and capacity).
  
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Coordinate logistics with subcontractors and ensure accurate reporting to business management.
  
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose digital or organizational solutions to streamline skills deployment.
  

Skills & Prerequisites

You are about to start a Master’s degree (BAC+4 or BAC+5) in the field of Operations Management, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement.

You possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Mastery of project management and the ability to structure complex schedules.
  
• A strong affinity for data-driven analysis and collaborative tools (G Suite).
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting within a cross-functional industrial environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills and autonomy.
