Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Support en durabilité industrielle du Chef de Projet (all gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus (Manufacturing Engineering) sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale au sein du département « Industrial Environmental Sustainability » en charge de protéger les personnes et l'environnement tout en garantissant le bien-être et l'augmentation des standards de qualité et de performance du système industriel. Cet apprentissage consistera à soutenir le déploiement de solutions industrielles durables, identifier les risques réglementaires liés aux substances chimiques et optimiser l'empreinte environnementale (Eau, CO2, Déchets, Énergie) des sites de production dans un contexte de conformité REACH et CSRD.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Support au pilotage de projets de durabilité industrielle : Identification des activités présentant un risque potentiel d'exposition aux substances réglementées et accompagnement du Change Management pour l'intégration de substances durables sur les différents sites Airbus.
  
• Collecte et analyse de données environnementales (CSRD) : Collecter, évaluer et rapporter les données industrielles (CO2, COV, Eau, Énergie, Déchets) en collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques pour validation.
  
• Amélioration des processus et outils ME : Optimiser les méthodes et outils pour enrichir le parcours d'apprentissage des opérateurs et évaluer avec précision les impacts environnementaux du système industriel.
  
• Communication et coordination transversale : Rédaction d'articles, création de kits d'information pour le périmètre Manufacturing Engineering et assurer la bonne circularité des données via un suivi rigoureux avec les points focaux des sites.
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine du Génie Chimique, Génie de l'Environnement, Développement Durable ou Ingénierie Industrielle.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Compréhension des réglementations chimiques (REACH) et capacité à identifier les risques réglementaires.
  
• Connaissances de base des industries manufacturières et des métriques de durabilité.
  
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement transnational.
  
• Excellentes capacités de communication, esprit d'analyse et sens de la qualité.
  

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : niveau courant.
  
• Français : niveau courant.
  

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice - Industrial Sustainability Support of Project Leader (all gender)" has just opened within Airbus (Manufacturing Engineering) at its Blagnac Wings Campus site.

You will join an international team within the "Industrial Environmental Sustainability" department in charge of protecting people and the environment while ensuring well-being and increasing the quality and performance standards of the industrial system.

This apprenticeship will consist of:

Strategically supporting the deployment of sustainable industrial solutions, identifying regulatory risks related to chemical substances (REACH), and optimizing the overall environmental footprint (Water, CO2, Waste, Energy) of Airbus production sites to meet CSRD requirements.

This apprenticeship will begin in September 2026 for a duration of 2 years.

This position requires a security clearance or must be eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Industrial Sustainability Project Management Support: Proactive identification of activities presenting a potential risk of exposure to regulated substances and supporting Change Management for the integration of sustainable substances across various Airbus sites.
  
• Environmental Data Collection and Analysis (CSRD Reporting): Collecting, assessing, and reporting critical industrial data (CO2, VOC, Water, Energy, Waste) in close collaboration with technical project teams for validation and compliance.
  
• Improvement of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Processes and Tools: Optimizing methods and tools to enrich the learning path of operators and accurately assessing the environmental impacts of the industrial system through sustainability metrics.
  
• Transversal Communication and Coordination (Networking): Drafting articles, building information kits related to the project for the Manufacturing Engineering perimeter, and ensuring good data circularity through rigorous follow-ups with site focal points internationally.
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are about to join a Master’s level (BAC +5) degree program in the field of Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or Industrial Engineering.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Understanding of chemical regulations (REACH) and the ability to identify regulatory risks.
  
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Industries and sustainability metrics (SBTi, ISO 14001).
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a transnational environment.
  
• Assertive communication skills, analytical mindset, and a focus on on-time/on-quality delivery.
  

Language Skills:

• English: Advanced / Negotiable level.
  
• French: Advanced level.
  

Depending on the projects, you may be required to travel.
