Vous rejoindrez l'équipe HUTY au sein du département « HUT Talent Development and Learning », en charge d’identifier les compétences et rôles clés nécessaires à Airbus, de fournir aux employés les ressources pour se développer et de déployer des actions de gestion des connaissances pour sécuriser ces savoir-faire.

Cet apprentissage consistera à contribuer à la stratégie, la performance et la transformation de la formation au sein de HUT, en améliorant la mesure et le suivi de la performance globale de nos services et produits, tout en accompagnant l’organisation dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs stratégiques.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Mettre en place les moyens de mesure de la performance Talent development & Learning (HUT)
  

• Utiliser les outils adéquats pour construire les tableaux de bord pertinents pour suivre la performance HUT, en fournissant des éléments pour la prise de décision
  

• Contribuer à la mise en place d’une industrialisation de la collecte de données pour alimenter les tableaux de bord de performance
  

• Assurer l'adéquation entre les besoins métiers et les solutions techniques proposées
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau (BAC+4/5) (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’analyse de données ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

• Analyse de données (data analyst)
  
• Science des données (data scientist)
  
• Création de Dashboards
  
• Project management
  
• Stakeholder management
  
• Rigueur, dynamique, et proactivité
  
• Autonomie et agilité
  
• Structure et organisation
  

Compétences linguistiques attendues :

An apprenticeship offer titled "Data Analysis Apprenticeship (all gender)" has just opened at Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse-Blagnac site.

You will join the HUTY team within the HUT Talent Development and Learning department, which is responsible for identifying the key skills and roles needed at Airbus, providing employees with the resources to develop, and implementing knowledge management initiatives to secure these competencies.

This apprenticeship will involve contributing to the strategy, performance, and transformation of training within HUT by improving the measurement and monitoring of the overall performance of our services and products, while supporting the organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

This apprenticeship will start in September/October 2025 for a duration of 1 or 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Implementing the means of measuring the performance of Talent Development & Learning (HUT)
  
• Using appropriate tools to build relevant dashboards to monitor HUT performance, providing elements for decision making
  
• Contributing to the implementation of the industrialization of data collection to feed performance dashboards
  
• Ensuring the alignment between business needs and proposed technical solutions

Are you currently preparing a degree (BAC+4/5 level) (or equivalent) in the field of data analysis or a related discipline? Do you possess the following skills:

Our selection process:
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a
deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is
shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
