AHJ技術部(神戸)は,エアバス•ヘリコプターズ機のカスタマイズに特化した最大のカスタマーセンター設計オフィスの一つとして,日本国内市場およびアジア太平洋地域向けに,様々な改修や技術ソリューションの開発,試験,承認取得を行っています.

技術部門において,耐空性エンジニアのミッションは,技術的な規制要件への適合を示すことで,当社のヘリコプターの改修が必要な承認を得て安全な状態で飛行することを保証することです.耐空性エンジニアの職務には,以下が含まれます.

  • 日本およびアジア地域での設計証明プロジェクトを主導する(追加型式設計承認取得,外国改修,外国当局へのValidation)
  • 技術部内で設計証明の戦略を立案•調整し,適用される要件を特定,適切なMeans of Complianceを定義する
  • 航空当局と連絡•連携し,設計証明の戦略を説明し,交渉する
  • AHJ内で設計証明のマイルストーンに沿った実証活動を計画する
  • 設計検査認定事業場を含む,エンジニアリングプロセス,耐空性手順(設計管理システム)を維持する
  • 法規制および要件を調査する
  • エアバス•ヘリコプターズの日本における型式証明の維持をサポートする

求められるスキルと経験

  • 工学系の学歴(大卒),航空宇宙分野が望ましい
  • ヘリコプターまたは航空製品に関する基本的な知識
  • 技術と航空に対する情熱と好奇心
  • 規律正しく,系統的,正確かつ念入りに取り組む能力
  • 学び続ける姿勢•意欲
  • 機敏性,柔軟性,改善•向上への意欲
  • エンジニアリングチーム内で連携し,技術的な事項を明確かつ簡潔に議論する能力

  • 無人航空機とその認証に関する知識があれば尚可
  • 英語 - 基礎レベル

Description of the job

AHJ is one of the largest Customer Center Design Office dedicated to Airbus Helicopters customizations. The Engineering Department develops, tests and certifies various modifications and specific solutions for the Japanese domestic market and the Asia-Pacific region.

Within the Engineering Department (AHJ - Kobe), the Airworthiness Engineer mission is to ensure our helicopter modifications fly in a safe condition with necessary approvals by showing compliance to technical regulatory requirements. The Airworthiness Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Leading certification/qualification projects in Japan and Asia region (Supplemental Type Certificate, local alteration, validation with foreign authorities)
  • Coordinate certification/qualification strategy within the Engineering Department, identify applicable requirements and define appropriate means of compliance
  • Ensure the liaison with the aviation authorities, explain and negotiate substantiation strategy
  • Arrange certification/qualification milestones and demonstration activities in AHJ
  • Maintain engineering process, airworthiness procedures (Design Management System), including Design Organisation Approval
  • Investigate regulations and requirements
  • Support Airbus Helicopters to maintain Type Certificates in Japan

Required skills and experience:

  • Education in Engineering (Graduate), preferably in Aerospace
  • Basic knowledge of helicopters or aeronautical products
  • Passion and curiosity for technology and aviation
  • Rigorous mindset, ability to work methodically with precision and thoroughness
  • Learner mindset
  • Agility, flexibility and eagerness for improvement
  • Ability to interface with engineering teams and discuss technical matters clearly and simply
  • Ability to work in diverse environment
  • Knowledge in Unmanned Aircraft and its certification will be plus
  • English skill - basic
  • Japanese skill - Fluent (N1)
