Job Description:

A.Accountabilities

The job holder is responsible for Sections Handover, QG-H on time & quality, solving the problems and blockings during Fuselages equipping to secure production milestones, visualize and report status of Fuselages production, coordinate with Plant representatives as interface between FAL and Plant representatives.

B.Main activities

  • Coordinate and drumbeat Production, Quality, Production support and other related departments to ensure the milestones adherence and QG-H on time and on quality
  • Coordinate and monitor the outstanding work of MCA (sections) and other sub-CAs coming from Plants
  • Monitor production progress and A/C status
  • Capture and track potential technical risk.
  • Support to resolve the blockings during aircraft equipping
  • Organize Section Hand Over meetings with Final Assembly Line (FAL)
  • Escalate any issue to upper levels
  • Coordinate Outstanding Work transferred to FAL during the QG-H and under FET responsibility
  • Initiatives and collaboration on process and efficiency improvement.


C.Output:

  • To ensure Sections Handover on time and on quality
  • To visualize Sections status, and equipping progress
  • To drumbeat blockings on aircraft and prioritize intervention and follow up ac plan
  • Interface among EU Plants, FAL, and XP.


D.Input

Qualifications

Education: 3-year level or above degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Experience:

• Experience in Airbus Operating System (AOS) environment

• Experience in production (Structure, MSI, ESI)

• Experience in FOLIO management via specific IT tool (Tandem, ACPnG, ...)

• Experience on production problem solving

• MFT coordination

Ability

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace engineering
  • Good negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to work with autonomy
  • Good Team player
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Able to work within multifunctional and transnational teams and provide adequate support to all other Airbus functions on siteAct as a milestone enabler
  • Be an innovative problem solver who already demonstrated willing to work across organizational borders
  • Able to work in an international team, integrating people with different cultural backgrounds.
  • Language skills: English (German, French, and Mandarin are a plus).
