Accountabilities
The job holder will support the A320 Fuselage equipping project in Tianjin as ME Technical Shopfloor Support.

Main activities

  • Analyse and support all of folio points (Structure, Electrical & Mechanical): S0x, S99, NC, DQN, Concession and gather work-orders which have to be applied at every fuselage equipping stages.
  • Steer enabled work orders into Front Office and/or XAT production and ensure FIP enablement and handover to production
  • Support Shop floor for any technical issues and drumbeat/coordinate all actions with Airbus Front and Back Office support functions (ME, PET, Logistics, Suppliers, Quality, etc...)
  • Analyse return-flow of work-orders blocked in production and put in place actions to enable related work orders
  • Create NC Folio points and associated declarative document for all NC detected and apply technical decision as per responsible statement and ensure correct NC workflow
  • Creation of replenishment NCs
  • Prepare and submit NC to “NC Review Board” for Front Office Plant Engineering Team review/decision and request for DQNs or concessions if agreed during “NC Review Board”.
  • Provide all necessary information to request DQNs and concessions (declarative document issuance).
  • Create and/or update repair/rework WO IAW responsible decisions, launch appropriate S0x covering assistance request, FW Concession, special instruction reworks, special parts manufacturing and ensure a proper work time allocation and traceability
  • Order secondary flow Free Issue Parts into SAP system
  • Verify Work Orders sequencing/balancing plan in line with fuselage equipping planning, and support planning updates in case of industrial constraints
  • Create mapping document for NDT request and coordinate activities (all inspections methods)
  • Create report documents for Bonding & grounding tests RG20 design requirement and for ESN measurements
  • Prepare and support daily Front Office meetings
  • Update ACPnG on daily basis according to the progress of the tasks and targets and communicate any blocker to the purchaser technical focal point
  • Provide justification and action plan for any items not done according to planning
  • Drumbeat progress of NCs rectification
  • Perform technical analysis on A/C, in the DMU and in the system
  • eQLB steering and creation of NC/ WO couple for rework if not covered with open Folio Points
  • Push and Steer the overall activities/workflows to ensure final zone closure.
  • All activities to be performed in accordance to existing FOD-rules
  • Contribute for PPV tasks

Qualifications

  • Aeronautics education. Engineer equivalent degree.
  • 5-8 years’ in Aviation industry. Experience in manufacture engineering.
  • Be fluent in English. French and/or German knowledge would be a plus.


Ability

  • Manufacture engineering Experience on Non-Conformity/concession during production assemble activity.
  • Familiar with fuselage structure.
  • System installation knowledge.
  • Familiar with aircraft drawing set/configuration.
  • Aircraft processes & tools such as SAP, ACPnG, @AirNav.
  • Customer minded with good communication.
  • Good at written and verbal communication in English
