Join Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician on a permanent, full-time basis in Pasay City, Philippines. In this role, you will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplant systems while upholding strict safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Aviation/Aerospace specializing in Airframe and Powerplant) required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation maintenance and engineering experience required.
Rotary aircraft or helicopter maintenance experience preferred.
Valid and current governing national aviation authority license (e.g., CAAP, EASA, FAA) required.
Computer literacy for aviation software and operating systems required.
Skills & Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance and Repair: Accomplish scheduled maintenance, tear-down, troubleshooting, and modifications on airframes and powerplants using OEM manuals.
Airworthiness Compliance: Execute airworthiness directives and service bulletins to ensure continued aircraft airworthiness.
Task Certification: Certify maintenance tasks in accordance with release authorizations and national civil aviation authority ratings.
Quality and Safety Management: Ensure all delegated maintenance work packages meet rigorous company quality and safety standards.
Potential transition routes: People from general mechanical engineering or military aviation roles may bring relevant technical and diagnostic skills, alongside meeting mandatory licensing requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Aircraft Maintenance and Servicing Practices as Applicable/Appropriate:
Accomplishes Scheduled Maintenance and Servicing of Aircraft’s Airframe, Powerplant Systems and related Components as required and in reference to applicable and current Aircraft’s Maintenance Manuals/ Technical References.
Performs Tear Down, Testing, Inspections, Troubleshooting, Repair and Modification (As applicable) Airframe, Powerplant and associated System/Components i.a.w. the Approved /Current/Applicable OEM Maintenance Manual/Technical References.
Accomplishes Airworthiness Publications such as Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Alert Service Bulletins and Related Technical Publications to Ensure Continued Aircraft Airworthiness Improvement and Sustainable Maintenance Programs.
Certify maintenance tasks i.a.w. the Release Authorization with Appropriate Rating (As specified) Issued by AHPI Quality Department in respect to the Maintenance Ratings and Approvals by Governing National Civil Aviation Authority (i.e. CAAP, EASA, FAA...).
Ensure Delegated Maintenance Work Packages are Completed in an efficient and cost effective manner, thus this should not compromise Quality and Safety Standards.
Perform other Tasks as directed by the Immediate Supervisor as Reasonable and Practical in line with general scope of his/her skills and expertise, In Addition to Work Related Inherent Administrative Matters.

Proefessional Skills:
Bachelor of Science, 4 years Degree Course in Engineering (Preferably in Aviation/Aerospace, Specializing Airframe and Powerplant
2 years or more, Relevant Experience in Aviation Maintenance and Engineering (Rotary Aircraft / Helicopter Maintenance Experiences is an Advantage)
Specialized Training and Certificates as Appropriate/Relevant
Valid and Current Governing National Aviation Authority License (i.e. CAAP, EASA, FAA ...), as applicable
Computer Literacy for up to date special applications softwares and microsoft , other operating systems as required and currently in use in Aviation Industry
