CONTEXT OF THE POSITION:

The Quality Customer Line Tianjin Department is looking for an Aircraft Conformity Manager for ATDC (Airbus Tianjin Delivery Centre) China .

This position aims to guarantee Aircraft conformity & safe for operation in line with EASA Part 21G requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

The job holder as part of AC Delivery Team, who assure the conformity of the aircraft in all aspects, you will be close to Aircraft, have regular direct contact with customers.

This position contributes to achieving Quality, on Time delivery and overall customer satisfaction objectives for Airbus success.

● Demonstrate that Airbus aircraft fully conform to design and regulatory

requirements and guarantee safe operation conditions.

● Evaluates & ensures Aircraft technical and configuration status at all conformity milestones.

● Demonstrate Aircraft Conformity to the Customer & importing Airworthiness Authorities.

● Actively contribute on time on quality delivery and respond to customer

requirements while absolutely ensuring aircraft safety and compliance with

airworthiness requirements is not compromised.

● Ensure CAAC Airworthiness check performing & issuing Special Flight Permit on time for production flights.

● Establish EASA Form52 for EU members state operators (Equivalent to Certificate of Airworthiness) on behalf of EASA & obtain the Export-Certificate of Airworthiness for the rest of the countries. (AC Certifying Staff)

● Establish EASA Form53 for releasing AC to service on behalf of EASA. (AC Certifying Staff)

● Support process evolution and procedural documents revision. (e.g. Customer Acceptance Delivery Process (FUPD04) & Prepare Operations for Customer Deliveries (FUPD06) )

● Support the management of the Delivery Center to ensure reporting & follow up of corrective actions of production deviation.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

The job may need to work overtime from time to time to support major industrial milestones and/or delivery activities.

QUALIFICATION:

1. EDUCATION: University or Bachelor in Avionic/Aviation/AC

Maintenance/Engineering major.

2. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years’ experience in the aviation field. Experience in Airlines would be beneficial.

3. CERTIFICATION: AC maintenance, AC release or equivalent Certificates would be preferred.

4. LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking

5. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Aircraft Manufacturing/Quality Processes, Aircraft technical knowledge, Aviation regulation rules and Airworthiness requirement knowledge (Part 21G and the Airbus POM, Aircraft familiarization or equivalent, Knowledge of Release of Aircraft and/or Production Certificate/POA 6. ABILITIES: Negotiation level in English

8. DRIVER / VALUES: motivated by achievement in the face of obstacles, respect and responsibility.
