JD - Airbus China CEO/COO Office intern

Position Overview

The CEO/COO Office Intern will work closely with the executive team to assist in the smooth functioning of daily operations and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role offers exposure to high-level business processes and an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Airbus in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business operations by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide comprehensive market trend analysis, customized to meet the strategic requirements of the CEO/COO.

• Conduct in-depth comparative analyses of competitors, focusing on business structure, customer base, supply chain ecosystem, and operational performance • Contribute to the oversight of performance management systems and efficiency projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

• Support to prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, including agendas and presentations.

• Support the execution of special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO. • Provide executive support to the CEO and COO Executive Assistants and/or Executive Secretary.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
