YOUR MISSION :

Lead and deliver Airbus Beyond's most strategic projects end-to-end, from proposal shaping and project framing through to delivery and customer satisfaction, while orchestrating project execution across the organization to ensure alignment between business priorities, customer commitments, governance and delivery excellence.

Act as Airbus Beyond's project delivery orchestrator, driving project excellence, business continuity and execution consistency across digital, classroom, consulting and transformation projects.

In line with Airbus Beyond's polyvalent culture, the Master PM may also contribute to the design and delivery of project management training and capability-building initiatives for customers and internal teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Project lead

• Lead Airbus Beyond's strategic, complex and high-visibility projects from opportunity framing through delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Define project governance, delivery strategies, operating models, milestones and success criteria.
  
• Act as the primary point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Ensure delivery excellence in terms of quality, timeline, budget and customer expectations.
  
• Anticipate and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.
  
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
  
• Drive projects autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  

2) Cross-project orchestration

• Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing projects, key milestones, dependencies and delivery commitments across Airbus Beyond.
  
• Monitor project health, identify cross-project risks and facilitate mitigation actions.
  
• Ensure alignment between project execution, customer commitments and business priorities.
  
• Facilitate project reviews, governance forums and escalation processes when required.
  
• Provide delivery visibility and actionable reporting to the Leadership team.
  
• Support business continuity by anticipating bottlenecks, critical dependencies and operational risks.
  
• Act as Airbus Beyond's delivery "conductor", ensuring smooth coordination across projects, teams and stakeholders.
  
  

3) Project management excellence

• Define, implement and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, templates and governance practices.
  
• Establish and promote best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and project execution.
  
• Drive consistency and excellence across project delivery approaches.
  
• Lead project retrospectives and lessons learned initiatives.
  
• Mentor and coach other project managers.
  
• Contribute to the development of project management capabilities across Airbus Beyond.
  
• Deliver project management learning solutions (trainings, workshops, ...) when required, in complement to PM SME.
  
  

4) Customer Partnership & Opportunity Shaping

Act as a trusted partner for customers by:

• Contributing to opportunity shaping and project framing activities.
  
• Supporting the definition of delivery approaches, implementation strategies and project governance models alongside SMEs.
  
• Ensuring a seamless transition from proposal phase to project execution.
  
• Managing customer expectations throughout project delivery.
  
• Conducting project reviews and collecting customer feedback.
  
• Identifying opportunities for follow-on engagements and long-term partnerships.
  
  

YOUR BOARDING PASS :

Essential

• 10+ years of experience in project and programme management.
  
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end from framing through delivery.
  
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management and risk management skills.
  
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, facilitation and influencing capabilities.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  
• Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
  
• Autonomous, resilient and solution-oriented.
  
• Fluent in French & English required.
  
  

A strong plus

• Previous experience within a PMO, project excellence or delivery governance function.
  
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  
• Aerospace industry experience.
  
• Experience managing digital, learning, consulting or transformation projects.
  
• Experience designing, facilitating or delivering project management training.
  
• PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent certifications.
