Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an 3DX - IT Functional Architect Leader M/F to join our OnePlateform DPX based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing IT solutions based on Dassault 3DX products .

As part of the DPX department team , you will be involved in managing architecture phases aiming at developing E2E 3DX platform for new programs.

Your challenges:

  • Taking part to E2E PLM Portfolio in the frame of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - Enterprise Architect or Functional Architect - in order to contribute to the elaboration of the Portfolio Roadmap.
  • Within Large Solution, Lead Functional Domain Urbanists and Architects in order to sustain the portfolio and programmes roadmaps. Ensure digital transformation objectives are integrated and correctly translated.
  • Ensure consistent methodologies compliant with large Solution process, anticipate workforce sizing, consistent involvement of Design Authority (composed by editor and internals) and continuously propose improvements
  • Managing cross domains and cross Business Units Customer relationships (Programs, Process Owner and Process Operator).
  • Defining, reviewing future IS architecture and strategy.
  • Ensure accurate engagement of product enhancements with editor.
  • Contribute to inflow governance and prioritization.


Your boarding pass:

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Academic Background in IT,
  • Solid experience in Business IT projects, and team lead.
  • Knowledge of PLM at Airbus strategy and history
  • Ideally, knowledge of Design, Manufacturing, Support and Services domains, Configuration Management, Quality,
  • Ability to synthetise and arbitrate,
  • Ability to inspire and drive improvement & innovation,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Customer and stakeholder management skills,
  • Language skills: advanced level of English.
