About the role
Nimaworks is looking for an analytical mind to join one of our Delivery teams. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our customers' businesses. Your strategic insights and comprehensive understanding of Atlassian products will enable you to provide valuable guidance, optimize workflows, and streamline processes for our esteemed clientele. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in building solid relationships with our valued customers. As a trusted advisor, you will proactively identify their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver personalized training sessions, empowering them to use Atlassian products to their full potential effectively. The Solution Consultant reports to the Solution Delivery Manager. What you'll be doing

  • Consult the customer to get the most out of Atlassian’s Suite (Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • Understand business and customer needs and translates them into technical requirements / product configuration.
  • Design best possible technical solution according to customer needs.
  • Undertake part or whole of the delivery in collaboration with other members of the delivery team.
  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies, including project planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Add new or enhance existing documentation and updates the ticketing system with client needs, meeting notes, project progress, deliveries, impediments etc..
  • Participate in internal analysis teams, recommends appropriate solutions and contributes with ideas and questions.
  • Communicate with clients in case of incidents during deployment, responding to questions and offering clarifications as necessary.
  • Deliver tool or product-oriented training (both in-class and on-the-job).

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience administering Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully interact with external and internal parties via phone, video conferences, presentations, and written content.
  • Extensive experience in consulting, ideally in IT (software and digitization projects)
  • Experience in the management of digital transformation projects (preferably with a focus on Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Trello)
  • Be familiar with process management concepts such as ITSM, Asset Management, CRM, Agile.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with customers in a clear and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to document and maintain professional work standards
  • Experience working in an agile team environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Greek and English

It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Experience in critical systems for large end-user communities
  • Programming Background
  • ITIL certification
  • Atlassian Certifications
