The Senior Content Manager works as a member of the Communications team in the Fundraising & Communications department driving the direction, development and delivery of a creative content strategy. With a strong focus on audio-visual and digitalcommunications, the jobholder will guide brand storytelling whilst delivering communications plans aligned with priority fundraising and advocacy moments. The jobholder is responsible for working closely with Brandworkz (the agency managing our audio-visual library, the Brand Forum); the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC); and with their counterparts in the global network. With a strong focus on graphic design and video editing, the jobholder will deliver creative assets for the Communications, Fundraising, Special Events, Ops and Advocacy teams. These assets include social media videos, fundraising proposal videos, printed reports, infographics and creative assets. They will also oversee the production of corporate content, such as the UK Annual Report, the International Annual Report and the Global Impact Review. Ensuring all content produced for external communications is of the highest creative quality, on brand, and audience-led, the role requires a proven content and storytelling visionary who can conceive and produce content with powerful messaging that cut through.
The jobholder will prepare and monitor annual budgets, reporting to the Deputy Director of Communications. They will manage the Multimedia Content Producer.
