I work remotely within a supportive and trusting team environment - there is total flex in my working pattern. I responded that we work around core hours but that is entirely flexible according to need and is largely based around the availability of staff and clients according to time zone but primarily 10-4pm for UK based staff interactions.
Great working environment, very friendly and warm colleagues
I work from home in Scotland with around 2-3 days in the office in London per month. This allows me a considerable amount of flexibility which has made my working life much easier. I can also work flexible hours which means I can meet high demands while also caring for my family and other life priorities.
A few of the things that the company offers which I love:
Hybrid Working: Standard (up to 60% homeworking),
Exceptional and 3 weeks “work from anywhere”
Remote Working: UK-wide and beyond
Flexihours: complete flexibility with no core hours
Open to part-time, term-time, compressed hours and 9-day fortnights
Enhanced Annual Leave/Buying Additional Annual Leave
Enhanced Sick Pay
Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption provision
Menopause and Fertility Support (pending)
Paid Carers Leave
Paid Employer Supported Volunteering
Sabbatical Leave
Study and Exam Leave
This is the most supportive, kind and understanding organisation I've ever been at. They listen, adapt and make changes so that people are able to perform at their best.
