As an Integration Lead

You will be part of a team of advisors who deliver far more than technology. From rapid deployments to full-scale transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that enable organizations to accelerate their evolution.

In this role, you will help our clients maximize their Workday investment by:

  • Sharing best practices and your experience integrating Workday with other systems such as Workday Accounting Center and Prism, including streamlining the integration inventory

  • Facilitating workshops and leading discussions on integration-related topics

  • Conducting client discovery sessions for each domain-specific integration

  • Communicating functional and technical specifications to developers

  • Managing a team of Workday Integration consultants

  • Working closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to ensure a robust solution

  • Actively contributing to (pre-)sales activities to define the best offering for prospective clients

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise across multiple integration areas (Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, etc.)

  • Experience with multiple full Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and deployment

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements when needed and to manage virtual interactions effectively with teams and clients

  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical mindset and logical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines despite competing demands

  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

  • Strong desire to work with clients and deliver an exceptional client experience

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Fluency in English

To Stand Out:

  • Fluency in any European Language

  • Current Workday Integration certification

  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center

  • Workday Studio certification

  • Ability to work closely with a global team, including offshore delivery teams

  • Experience with Workday Reporting/Extend

  • Functional or consulting experience with Workday Financials and/or HCM
