In your role as an Associate Manager or Specialist you will:

• Work for tier-1 clients across industry sectors - helping them turn their cloud strategy into reality.
• Help design and deliver transformative cloud solutions - from migrating legacy applications onto Cloud, to building innovative, new cloud-native applications.
• Continue to learn and grow - we actively encourage and support continuous learning and certification.
• Serve as a cloud evangelist, educating customers on the value Cloud computing can bring to transform their business.
• Design and deliver cloud-native AI and Generative AI solutions on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and SageMaker.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation and architect intelligent solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents that can interact with enterprise systems, orchestrate workflows and automate business tasks in a secure and governed manner.
• Design and implement AWS workloads using modern cloud patterns such as serverless, containerised, and microservices architectures.
• Develop scalable application solutions aligned with best practice for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to support rapid delivery.
• Apply cloud security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Optimise architectures for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Produce high-quality design documentation and contribute to architecture reviews.
• Execute testing strategies for functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust, cloud-first solutions.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for the following:

Experience

• Significant hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using AWS services.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database technologies into enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration frameworks or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, privacy and compliance considerations.
  

Certification & Education

• AWS Professional and/or Associate certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development through cloud, architecture and AI certifications.
  

Business Architecture

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.
• Experience in cost optimisation and familiarity with cloud best practices.
  

Data & AI Architecture

• Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Experience designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI solution patterns including LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts including agent orchestration, planning, memory, tool usage and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures to support AI and machine learning workloads.
  

Application Architecture

• Proficiency in designing application workloads using modern cloud patterns (e.g., serverless, containerised, microservices).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing intelligent applications that incorporate Generative AI, conversational AI or agent-based capabilities.
• Familiarity with integrating enterprise applications with AI services and model APIs.
  

Security Architecture

• Deep knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to implement security best practices across cloud environments.
• Understanding of AI security considerations including prompt injection protection, model governance, sensitive data handling and Responsible AI controls.
  

Integration Architecture

• Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to design APIs and hybrid connectivity solutions.
  

Non-Functional Requirements

• Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies.
• Ability to design for performance, resilience, and observability.
• Familiarity with monitoring and optimisation practices.
  

Governance & Compliance

• Awareness of cloud governance, account management, and compliance standards.
• Ability to enforce auditing and cost allocation strategies.

What will set you apart:

Advanced Certification

• AWS Specialty certifications (e.g., Advanced Networking, Machine Learning, Security).
• AWS AI Practitioner Certification.
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty or AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
• Industry-recognised Generative AI, Responsible AI or Agentic AI certifications.
• Microsoft, Google Cloud or equivalent AI/ML certifications would be advantageous.

Agentic AI and Generative AI Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or equivalent.
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Familiarity with AI observability, model evaluation and Responsible AI governance frameworks.
  

Multi-Cloud

• Advantageous to have experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
