As an Engagement Senior Strategist
Accenture Song Life Sciences seeking an Engagement Senior Strategist to join our London-based global team, who will be responsible for supporting the development of data-rich, behaviour-shaping engagement solutions to deliver better customer experiences for our life sciences clients. We are looking for a results-oriented team player who supports executing our HCP and patient engagement strategy deliverables, quickly sees patterns and solutions from an avalanche of data, moves from information and insights to implications and recommendations with ease, and is also prepared to roll up their sleeves and partner with our full strategy, account, creative and production team talents.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy in London, you will help build and manage a team of talented strategists. Your team will guide our clients to shaping the data and intelligence gathering process, crafting engagement solutions, and defining the ambitions of these solutions internally and with our clients.
What You Will Do:
Work as a part of an integrated strategy team to proactively propose HCP and patient engagement solutions to help clients achieve relevant customer experiences
Serve in client-facing capacity for omnichannel programming and content/channel integration
Contribute to data and intelligence gathering efforts (including 1st party data) that uncover opportunities, and pinpoint how these can be used to enhance the customer's overall experience with the brand,… Translating historical analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns “on-the-fly” as well as input into future campaign strategies
Remove the mystery on the translation from facts and information to ideas and impact
Ensure that engagement and content solutions developed by strategic planning, account, production, and creative teams are properly integrated within larger marketing programs aligned to drive customer experience
Collaborate with executional teams during the development of projects to ensure strategies are pulled through effectively during development and handoff
Contribute to the development of cross-channel measurement plans and KPIs and develop recommendations and approaches based on performance analytics
Contribute to the success in achieving digital, social, and innovation fluency across the agency as a whole
Partner with the broader strategy team to contribute to the development of pitches, proposals & POVs, strategies, and tactical programs that satisfy the business goals of our healthcare clients and beyond
Continually educate its clients on the vital role insights play to being critical to growth and success
Drive ideas from data to conceptual platforms to deployment that drive business results
Stay up-to-date on market trends, societal shifts, and strategic initiatives in health and wellness and across other key verticals, promoting innovative approaches
Facilitate workshops to develop groundbreaking experience led strategies and programs with clients
Support the development of CRM and Omnichannel planning with support from brand/content strategy and analytics teams
Facilitate service introduction & change confirmation focusing on market opportunities
What you Bring:
5+ year of experience working in Digital, CX or Engagement Strategy at a creative agency
Experienced in life sciences marketing, including both HCP and patient
Strong analytical skills
Expert in engagement channels and technology widely used in Life Sciences
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally behind a strong strategic point of view
A drive to elevate thinking and the work
