RIS Solution Architect Manager

Client & Project:

We are seeking a new talent to join the Solution Architecture & Planning team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project UKI Digital Core in the Software & Platform Engineering / Managed Reinvention Services offering. You will be comfortable working in application and infrastructure technology environments. You may be required to work in sensitive environments and need to be security clearable, meaning you will have at least 5 years continuously domiciled in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions that support the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is required. Trained and practical proficiency in Application and Infrastructure Managed Services is recommended. An understanding of applying Agentic AI as a first design principle to unlock hyper productivity benefits is a standard requirement.

Day to Day:

Provide strategic guidance to shape solution approaches that align with client objectives and business goals.

Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure cohesive and innovative solution delivery across teams.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency.

Engage with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

Champion best practices and elevate quality standards within the solution architecture and planning
